Pet Policy

Max 2 Allowed | One-time Fee: $300/$150
Rent: $25 monthly per pet

Comments: 1st pet is $300 in non-refundable pet fees and $25 monthly for rent; 2nd pet is an additional $150 in non-refundable pet fees and another $25 monthly for rent

Restrictions: Manchester at Wesleyan does not allow the following breeds or any mix of the following breeds. These restrictions and deposit requirements do not apply to qualified assistance animals. Restricted breeds include: Pitbull/Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Great Danes, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, German Shepherds, and Alaskan Malamutes.
